Following important experiences abroad and in Italy, Oliver Glowig has been recognized for years as the protagonist of the culinary art in Campania, at the restaurant “L’Olivo”. After a brief experience in Tuscany, Oliver has decided to take a new challenge, expressing his exceptional talent in Rome.
Few weeks after the opening of his new restaurant overlooking the garden of this luxury hotel in the eternal city, Oliver was conquered by the typical regional gastronomy, enriching his art work with curious new Roman flavours.
Because of his discreet nature and his desire to always experience new adventures, Oliver Glowig had the opportunity to interact with a new tradition, discovering special raw materials and unusual combinations of flavours that allowed him to create new personalized and original recipes.
With the recognition of the two Michelin stars, preceded by the Espresso Guide ’s score of 16/20, as well as 84/100 with two forks on the Gambero Rosso Guide, restaurant Oliver Glowig ranks among the top Italian restaurants and confirms the professionalism of the Chef, the result of a strong determination through his diversified and passionate path.
